Slobodan brings four decades of hands-on expertise in nutritional biochemistry, pharmacology, and clinical research. He has spent his career at the intersection of academic science and applied formulation — developing products that are not just compliant, but genuinely effective.
His work spans the full formulation lifecycle: from ingredient selection and clinical validation to finished product documentation. He does not follow trends. He follows the chemistry that creates them.

Aleksandar spent three decades building brands and driving business development across the markets of the United States, Europe, and the Balkans. He has led commercial operations at multinational companies and been recognized for exceptional results throughout his career.
He served as Director of Pfizer's OTC and Consumer Healthcare division for the former Yugoslavia — a role that placed him at the forefront of pharmaceutical market development across the region.
Over the course of his career, Aleksandar has received more than 25 professional awards — both international and domestic — for his contribution to the development of pharmacy and healthcare markets. For 11 consecutive years, he ranked number one in his product category by IMS across the Balkan markets.
He is also the founder and owner of Aleksandar MN — one of the leading importers and distributors of OTC programs and medical devices in the region, a holder of the prestigious Gold AAA Certificate for business excellence, with a team of over 70 people and a consistent record of growth.
Aleksandar does not just understand markets. He understands what it takes to win in them — what buyers need, what distributors respond to, and what separates a product that moves from one that sits on a shelf.
